Methods of Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:  Master Card, VISA, American Express, Net 30 on Open Accounts, and COD Deliveries.
Print and Fax Credit Application for Open Account Status.  Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse(s).  Prices don't include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice.

Filling Orders
The majority of the standard items in our catalog are available immediately from stock and can be shipped the same or next business day.  If you order an item that is not in stock, you will be notified by email of availability.  If you paid for the order and cannot wait for shipment, we will give you a full refund via the payment method you used.

Returns
No returns are accepted without a Fast Track Fastener Return Authorization Number and prior written authorization.  Return requests will be handled on a case by case basis and restocking charges may apply.

Liability
Claims against Fast Track Fastener shall be limited to credit or refund for the price billed or paid for improper merchandise.  Fast Track Fasteners shall not be responsible for buyer’s manufacturing costs, labor, alternative purchases, extra shipping costs, plating, lost profit, goodwill, incidental or consequential damages, or recall costs.  We shall not be liable in contract, warranty, tort or otherwise for consequential, special, exemplary or incidental damages.  In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price.  Enforcing the limited replacement rights is your exclusive remedy.

Terms

By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.  No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us.  We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and rejuect orders.

Limited Warranty

Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship.  ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR THE PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.
